We encourage you to join us this year, the new front vendor midway will be located were everyone will enter and exit the show through the vendor midway, which should increase spectator traffic. We will have to collect vendor funds this year prior to the event.  Food Vendors spaces are already reserved. No apparel of any kind can be sold at Event.

Price includes $10 permit for city, if you are putting up a 10 x 10 tent there will be another fee of $10 per tent per Panama City,  if the tent is larger the fee will be $45.00 per tent  please include this amount with your payment.

I/We hereby release waive, covenant not to sue and discharge Emerald Coast Cruizin Event, the promoter, participants, officials, vehicle owners, sponsors, advertisers, owners, lessees of premises used to conduct the event, all for the purposes therein referred to as “Releases,” from all liability to the undersigned for any and all loss or damage and any claim or any demand on account of any injury to the participant/spectator included but not limited to death whether caused by the negligence of the “Releases,” or otherwise while the participant is participating, officiating, observing, working for or for any purpose participating in the event.
